Prohibited Activities: Vendors are strictly prohibited from engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices.
3. Payments and Fees
Commission: Vendors agree to pay a commission or service fee as outlined in their vendor agreement.
Timely Payments: Vendors are required to make payments promptly to avoid service interruptions.
Tax Compliance: Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable tax obligations.
4. Data Protection
End-User Consent: Vendors must obtain necessary consent from end-users before processing their data.
Data Privacy Compliance: Vendors must adhere to all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and other relevant regulations.
Confidentiality: Vendors must maintain the confidentiality of all user data accessed through the platform.
5. Platform Usage
Authorized Use: Vendors may use the platform only for lawful purposes and as outlined in their agreement with Chat Cloud API.
Account Security: Vendors are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and reporting unauthorized access immediately.
6. Termination
Breach of Terms: Chat Cloud API reserves the right to suspend or terminate a vendor’s account for violating these terms.
Voluntary Termination: Vendors may terminate their account by providing written notice to Chat Cloud API.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Limited Liability: Chat Cloud API is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from vendor actions.
No Warranty: Chat Cloud API does not guarantee uninterrupted platform access or error-free operation.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Chat Cloud API reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Vendors will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
